Working Together to Improve the Quality of Public Services ✨

On April 29th, the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) Banjarnegara held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Public Service Standards as a concrete step towards improving service quality. This activity involved various elements of the community as service users, ensuring that the input provided truly reflected the public's needs and expectations.

Through this discussion, BPS Banjarnegara evaluated and updated the service standards previously established in 2025. It is hoped that the new service standards will be more responsive, transparent, and provide convenience for all citizens.

As part of this commitment, the event also concluded with the signing of the minutes of the establishment of the BPS Banjarnegara Public Service Standards for 2026.
