Data Needs Survey – Q1 2026

As part of its commitment to enhancing public service quality, BPS-Statistics Banjarnegara Regency continuously conducts evaluations through the Data Needs to Service Survey at its Integrated Statistical Service Unit (PST) during the first quarter of 2026.

Survey results indicate that the Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) reached 3.76 and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) stood at 3.80; both fall into the "Very Good" category. These figures reflect user satisfaction as well as confidence in the integrity of the services provided.

This achievement motivates us to continue innovating, improving service quality, and upholding transparency and accountability throughout every data service process.

We thank all service users for their trust and participation. Together, let us realize statistical services of higher quality and integrity for a better Banjarnegara.
