The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey designed and implemented by BPS to evaluate and monitor the public services provided by BPS.

One of the objectives of the Data Needs Survey (SKD) is to assess customer satisfaction with the quality of data and services provided by BPS, as well as to gauge anti-corruption perceptions regarding BPS services.

The results of the Data Needs Survey (SKD) for the first quarter of 2025 show that the Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) is 3.6036, indicating that the service quality provided by the Public Service Unit of BPS Banjarnegara is rated as very good. Similarly, the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) also received a very good rating of 3.6600.
