Focus Group Discussion (FGD) of Public Service Standards (SPP)

BPS Kabupaten Banjarnegara held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Public Service Standards (SPP) for the year 2025 on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the Hall of BPS Banjarnegara.

The event was attended virtually by representatives from the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia – Central Java Office, and in person by representatives from regional government agencies (OPD), lecturers, community organizations, the media, and users of PST BPS Banjarnegara services.

🎯 The main goal of this discussion was to gather valuable input from various stakeholders—especially service users—to update the Public Service Standards, which were previously established in 2024.
