Abstract

The number of the labor force based on the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) in August 2024 was 604,778 people, an increase of 20,958 people compared to August 2023. The Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) increased by 1.74 percentage points compared to August 2023.
The number of employed people in August 2024 was 571,118, an increase of 23,847 people from August 2023. The sector with the largest increase was the Services sector, which grew by 35,269 people.
The Open Unemployment Rate (OUR) in Banjarnegara Regency in August 2024 was 5.57%, a decrease of 0.69 percentage points compared to August 2023, which was 6.26%.
