Public services provided by Statistics Indonesia (Badan Pusat Statistik/BPS) consist of activities—or a series of activities—designed to meet the public's need for statistical data and services, in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations. These services encompass both administrative and technical support, delivered either directly or indirectly. The Integrated Statistical Service (Pelayanan Statistik Terpadu/PST) serves as a practical implementation of the duties and functions of Statistics Indonesia. The PST unit at BPS Banjarnegara Regency has established a "service charter" (maklumat layanan), which functions as both an obligation and a formal pledge from the service provider.

Through this charter, PST BPS Banjarnegara commits to delivering services in strict adherence to established service standards.
