Successfully Verify PLN Customer Data

From March to August 2026, an officer will visit your home for a Customer Data Ground Check. Don't worry, this is to ensure our electricity data is more accurate and to assist the government in improving the National Socioeconomic Single Data (DTSEN).

Please have these ready when the officer arrives:

✅ KTP/KK (for NIK & Name verification)

✅ PLN Customer ID

✅ Ensure your mobile phone number is active
