Coordination of guidance and assistance for "Desa Cantik (Cinta Statistik)" activities

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Banjarnegara Regency, led by the Head of Banjarnegara Regency BPS, Mr. Edwin Triyoga, SST, SE, M.Si, and accompanied by the Banjarnegara Regency Communication and Informatics Service held a meeting with the Head of the Community and Village Empowerment Service, Population Control, and Family Planning (DISPERMADES) Banjarnegara Regency, Mr. Hendro Cahyono, SE, M.Si, to discuss the 2024 Beautiful Village program.

This meeting is the first step in coordinating the development and assistance of the activities of the Beautiful Village (Village of Love Statistics) in 2024. The aim of this meeting is to determine the villages that will be developed within the framework of the Beautiful Village program.

The Beautiful Village Program developed by BPS aims at several things, including: increasing literacy and awareness of village/sub-district officials and the community regarding statistical activities, standardizing statistical data management to maintain the quality and comparability of statistical indicators, optimizing the use and utilization of statistical data so that development programs in targeted villages/sub-districts, and establishing statistical agents at the village/sub-district level.

 

With this meeting, it is hoped that the 2024 Beautiful Village program can run smoothly and achieve its goals, namely improving the quality of statistical data and encouraging increased implementation of quality statistics at the village level.
