BPS Kab. Banjarnegara Takes the Rockport Test for Fitness Evaluation from Community Health Center 1

In order to assess performance potential and evaluate physical fitness, BPS Banjarnegara Regency took part in the RockPort Test for Evaluation of Fitness Degrees held by the Banjarnegara 1 Health Center located in the parking lot of the Suling Mas Zoo, Friday (03/03/2023).

By taking the Rockport test, the fitness and health of BPS Banjarnegara employees can be known immediately, so that if there are fitness problems it can be optimized with gradual and regular physical exercise.

Before the test begins, all carry out a physical examination including height and weight, blood pressure, pulse and blood sugar levels. Then stretch the muscles together. After that, proceed with running around the gold flute parking lot for 12 times.
