All BPS Employees Hold Virtual Morning Call 07 February 2022

Monday, February 7, 2022, the morning call was held online which was attended by all employees of the BPS Banjarnegara Regency. This routine activity is carried out to start a series of activities for the next week.

This morning's mandate from Mrs. Ratna Setyowati as the head of BPS for Banjarnegara Regency was still discussing the 7 directions for changes to BPS point 6, namely Improving Cascading Performance. This cascading or performance alignment includes planning, implementation, monitoring and performance coaching. And finally, an evaluation of the employee's performance will be carried out.

For the follow-up, rewards and punishments are applied which include civil servant career development, talent management, performance allowances, awards or sanctions. Also conveyed about performance not only about what we do, but also about what we produce, useful or not.

For the next week's activities, the planning for Wilkerstat and Susenas activities was also conveyed. Everything must be prepared/planned properly like a quote from Ban ki Moon, namely, "Good planning will determine future results."
